| The Tour Sainte-Renelde (Saintes-Tubize) |

 A Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage, the Tour Sainte-Renelde means three days of festivities for the residents of Tubize and its surroundings… Organised around Trinity weekend, the Tour Sainte-Renelde begins on Saturday evening with a solemn salutation in Sainte-Renelde Church, in the course of which the relics of the saint are placed on the cart. The second day, after the 10:00 mass, the procession following the course of the original parish of Saintes over 28 km, is held, escorted by 150 to 200 horsemen. A procession in period costumes greets the cart for its return to the church. On Monday, after a short procession around the church, the residents further enjoy the fair that is in full swing. |
