The day of Sunday, 2 July (or the following Sunday) begins with a mass at the Notre-Dame-au-Bois Church in the pretty town of Braine-le-Château. The faithful then go in a procession to the chapel of the same name. The President of the "Cavaliers of Notre-dame-au-Bois", wearing the ceremonial collar of the head of the Society of the Archers of Saint Sebastian, opens the procession, followed by a group of farmers on horseback. Then come the Saint Cecilia band, the Blessed Sacrament and the crowd of the faithful. |
