Founded in 1968, the 'De la Porte' Municipal Museum is housed in the main building of a former Spanish-style farm (the 'De la Porte' farm) dating from the middle of the 17th century. It allows visitors to discover the local history of the Tubiz district (Tubize, Saintes, Oisquercq and Clabecq) and the surroundings, and to discover the various temporary or permanent exhibitions there. In addition, the 'De la Porte' Museum houses a library serving as the Documentation Centre for local and regional history. We invite you to discover the other facets of this selection managed since January 2000 by the Office du Tourisme et du Patrimoine (Tourism and Heritage Office) of Tubize. The 'De la Porte' Museum publishes a newsletter, "News from the De la Porte Museum" to which you can subscribe by sending an e-mail to the address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
