Parcs, Jardins et sites naturels
A spot par excellence for a walk, Dodaine Park, whose origins go back to the Napoleonic era, offers not only a moment of relaxation for strollers, but also a whole infrastructure with numerous sporting possibilities for the more "courageous" among us.
An exceptional built heritage site of the Walloon Region, these feudal mounds dating from the 11th century were the hillocks of land on which castles and defence towers stood in the Middle Ages.
Transformed into a pleasant place for a walk thanks to various ecological developments, this site now accommodates fishermen around a pond while educational signs inform strollers of the various animal species that may be spotted.

A place for walking but in particular a gathering spot for fishermen, the ponds of Coeurcq feed a waterfall of over 7 metres, to the delight of children, who will also enjoy a small playground, and of those who are older, who will enjoy the calm and serenity of the spot.
The only point offering a general view of the three canals forming the Brussels-Charleroi canal, the "Bras Mort" (abandoned arm) is a haven of peace for walkers as well as the fauna and flora that grow there in complete tranquillity.
